Pricing, Shipping, and Stock
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability may vary, and stock is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. Shipping times are estimates only; Lelani Creations is not liable for courier delays, lost or damaged parcels once dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
All orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported immediately upon receipt with photographic proof. Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect items and must be unused and in their original packaging.
Limitation of Liability
Lelani Creations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased item(s) only. Design Approval and Production Policy
Once a client has approved a design and provided confirmation for production, no further changes can be made. Approval indicates that the client has reviewed and accepted the final version of the design for printing. If additional elements, text, or images were not included prior to the client’s approval and go-ahead, Lelani Creations will not be held responsible for omissions or design aspects not communicated before production began. Any request for alterations after printing will be treated as a new order and subject to standard pricing and turnaround times. We encourage all clients to carefully review proofs and ensure all details are correct before providing final approval.
