Lelani Creations offers nationwide delivery, anywhere in South Africa.If products are in stock, orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after full payment has been received and the order has been completed (excluding weekends and public holidays).Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery to main centers generally takes between 2 and 3 business days, while outlying or remote areas may take up to 5 business days. These timelines are based on courier service guidelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.All deliveries are handled exclusively through courier services and are made directly to the physical address provided at checkout.Main centers are typically within a 50km radius of major cities, including but not limited to: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Harrismith, Johannesburg, Klerksdorp, Kimberley, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, Randburg, and Witbank.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.Lelani Creations cannot be held responsible for courier delays, incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or any delivery issues resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
